Ukraine Beaches

The beaches in Odessa are filled with locals as well as tourists during the warm months. Here are some our favorite Black Sea beaches in Odessa:

• Lanzheron is the closet beach to the city. It’s a 25 minute walk.
• Otrada is a ten minute taxi ride from the center of town.
• Dolphin Beach is a popular local beach.
• Arcadia Beach is a popular tourist destination.
• Malibu Beach is a 20 minute taxi ride from the center of the city. The beach is filled with restaurants, nightclubs, and comfortable bungalows.

Other Black Sea beaches are: Yevpatoriya and Sevastopol, which is filled with Russian officers and war monuments. It a great place to taste true Russian culture and enjoy the beach at the same time. Balaklava is another popular beach town around the Cape of Hersones, and Foros, which is the southern most point in Crimea, has a perfect beach climate. The mountains that stand behind the shoreline offers visitors a chance to experience incredible scenery while spending time in resorts like Simeiz, Koreiz, Alupka, Gurzuf and Yalta.
