London Restaurants Whereto Eat in London, Nightlife, Nightclubs

The restaurant scene in London is changing. Over the last ten years trendy, as well as expensive restaurants have opened in several districts in the city. The Blueprint Café is located above the Design Museum along Shad Thames and is a great spot to eat and sightsee; there are binoculars on every table, so the sights of London can be seen through the floor to ceiling windows.

Liquid Nation in Notting Hill is a great club for music and drinks. It has a relaxed atmosphere and a few cubby holes where people hang out and drink, as they listen to the bands that play throughout the night. The bar known as the Avenue is off the beaten track in Ealing, but it’s known as the premiere cocktail bar in the area. 23 Romilly Street is seductively secret place even though it is centrally located. 23 Romilly is actually a private club, but the basement serves food and drinks and is open to the public and it’s worth the visit. The basement is decorated in mix and match Seventies chairs and tables and the walls are covered in sheet music.
