When to visit Shanghai

Shanghai’s winters are cold. The temperature can drop well below zero, but the summers are hot and humid. The best time to visit Shanghai is in the spring when the temperatures are in the 70s and low 80s during the day and in the 60s at night. June, July and August are not only hot, it can rain a lot. Fall is another good time to visit. The daytime temperature stays in the 60s and at night the temperature is in the low 50s. It is also the driest time of the year.
