Circle-Line Beast (42nd Street)
Does the thought of speeding 45 mph headlong towards the Statue of Liberty sound like a fierce way to spend the day? If so, we’d suggest signing up for a hair blowing fast Beast Speedboat Ride. It is available daily from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., May through September, via the Circle-Line Sightseeing Company. Each ride tends to last a pulse-quickening 30 minutes.
Midnight NY Party Cruise (23rd Street & FDR Drive)
Would you consider yourself to be more of a super chic, NYC partier than a Fast and Furious style speedboat fan? Well then, make plans to climb aboard a trendy, tri-level yacht and take a midnight NY Party Cruise. They include access to two, onboard cash bars, dancing and live music. The hot and fashionable party cruises tends to take place nightly April through November. Be at the dock for an 11 p.m. check-in and expect to disembark around 4 a.m.
World Yacht (Pier 81)
If cruising at midnight is not enough to hoist your sail, perhaps brunch aboard the swanky World Yacht might. It runs on Sundays, from noon until 2 p.m., April through October. The Downtown Boathouse (Four Locations)

They have four different locations and offer free kayak rentals that will get you out and about on the Hudson River. The four locations are Pier 40, 72nd Street, Pier 96 and Governors’ Island. Hours of operation vary per location. However, the kayaks tend to be available on weekends, May through October.
Central Park’s Loeb Boathouse (74th Street)

It’s a great place to enjoy everything from a retro cool, Venetian gondola ride to a slow, romantic trip around the lake on a rowboat. Rentals tend to be available daily, April through November. In most instances, it’s best to be there slightly before 10 a.m.
